Matteo has a wealth of experience working at the very top of professional sport, with both young and senior competitors. He worked full time at both Southampton and Arsenal Football Club as a fitness Coach. Since founding MC Peak Performance & Fitness Matteo has branched his services to a variety of sports with great success. Matteo implements the best training and recovery strategies, in order to give his trainees the edge over their competition. These include weight lifting, speed training, pre hab plans, fitness testing.
